I need to get more exercise. The problem with the work that I'm doing is that I sit for most of the day. The only real movement I get is when I'm doing chores, which don't take up that much time and are not that strenuous.
Before I left, I packed a four-page handout with simple exercises that you could do at home, without any equipment. And wouldn't you know it? I can't find it! Talk about a Freudian slip.
Anyway, I'll figure something out.
